• Conduct market research and assess trends to identify promotional opportunities and better understand customer needs.
• Drive shopper traffic and enhance customer experience through the planning and execution of mall-wide promotions and events.
• Source and secure licensees to maximise A&P revenue through the booking of atrium spaces, roadshows, and advertising spaces.
• Conceptualise and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution.
• Support the development, monitoring, and management of the marketing budget.
• Develop and implement advertising, promotional, and digital marketing strategies to boost mall visibility and performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants to encourage active participation in A&P activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, advertising agencies, tenants, contractors, and event organisers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate publicity of store listings, mall events, and promotions across multiple platforms, including:
  Website Mall directories Social media (content scheduling, contests, community management, etc.)
• Provide administrative support including procurement, financial documentation, vendor sourcing, and other operational matters.
• Assist in the design and production of marketing collaterals such as posters, decals, signage, and displays as needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in retail mall marketing, events management, digital marketing, or social media marketing is preferred.
• Experienced in commercial / retail malls setting
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, paid media campaigns, and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently or within a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Location: Walking distance from King Albert

Work Hour: 5 days work, Mon to Fri
