Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support digital and print marketing strategies, including social media management, content creation, campaign support, and asset organization. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Monitor performance, engage with comments, and assist with paid campaigns.
• Marketing Materials: Create patient-facing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Asset Management: Organize marketing documents, templates, and campaign files, maintaining version control.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams, providers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; healthcare experience is a plus.
• 1-3 years of marketing or communications experience.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar graphic tools; video skills are advantageous.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Professional communication with physicians and staff.

Location: Remote, residing in TX, MD, PA, VA, DC, WV, KY, GA, or NJ. Must currently reside in one of these states.
