Summary

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers through door-to-door lead generation. Your goal is to engage homeowners, identify needs, and schedule appointments for our Sales Team. This is a high-energy, independent role where persistence and resilience lead to success.

Compensation

Earn More: Base pay PLUS uncapped commission, potentially $17/hr. - $55/hr.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and process-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to build good relationships in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic Math aptitude (addition and subtraction)
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Essential Functions

  • Canvassing neighborhoods to identify and educate potential customers about window and door replacement services
  • Initiating conversations, introducing products, and building rapport
  • Understanding product features and benefits to communicate effectively
  • Scheduling appointments for sales consultations
  • Following up to nurture leads and maintain communication
  • Familiarity with local areas to optimize lead generation
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

  • Walking and standing for up to 8 hours per day, covering 5-7 miles or more
  • Outdoor exposure in all weather conditions
  • Carrying marketing materials and devices up to 10 lbs
  • Navigation, communication, stamina, and use of tablets/devices
  • Door-to-door walking and professional appearance

Work Environment
