Summary
As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers through door-to-door lead generation. Your goal is to engage homeowners, identify needs, and schedule appointments for our Sales Team. This is a high-energy, independent role where persistence and resilience lead to success.
Compensation
Earn More: Base pay PLUS uncapped commission, potentially $17/hr. - $55/hr.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and process-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build good relationships in a team-oriented environment
- Basic Math aptitude (addition and subtraction)
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to execute multiple priorities to meet deadlines

Essential Functions
- Canvassing neighborhoods to identify and educate potential customers about window and door replacement services
- Initiating conversations, introducing products, and building rapport
- Understanding product features and benefits to communicate effectively
- Scheduling appointments for sales consultations
- Following up to nurture leads and maintain communication
- Familiarity with local areas to optimize lead generation
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
- Walking and standing for up to 8 hours per day, covering 5-7 miles or more
- Outdoor exposure in all weather conditions
- Carrying marketing materials and devices up to 10 lbs
- Navigation, communication, stamina, and use of tablets/devices
- Door-to-door walking and professional appearance
Work Environment
