We are looking for a skilled eLearning Designer to join our team on a project/contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and effective digital learning experiences that empower users and align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities:
• Develop, design, and implement eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Create instructional materials that support onboarding and mentoring programs for new hires during their first two years of employment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning content aligns with organizational goals and user needs.
• Apply principles of instructional design to craft interactive and accessible training solutions.
• Manage and maintain learning content within platforms like Microsoft SharePoint.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and propose innovative training solutions.
• Test and troubleshoot eLearning materials to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.
• Incorporate feedback to continuously improve the quality of training materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional systems design.
• Proficiency in eLearning design tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.• Strong background in instructional design and instructional systems development.
• Experience creating and managing eLearning modules within platforms like Microsoft SharePoint.
• Ability to design interactive and engaging training materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with onboarding and mentoring program design.
• Analytical skills to assess training needs and propose effective solutions.
