Job Summary: This role focuses on leading the data visualization strategy within the Policy department, developing, and maintaining vital data-driven resources, and ensuring the highest data quality standards for cross-functional use. The position involves crafting sophisticated data architectures to support policy initiatives, optimizing data accessibility, and managing comprehensive datasets related to lobbying, advocacy, partnerships, and compliance efforts, among others. The candidate will also drive the enhancement of policy communication through advanced analytics and data experiment frameworks, support ad hoc analytical needs, and foster global collaborative relationships to meet local and regional data requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the strategic vision for data visualization and accessibility within the Policy team.
• Aggregate and architect complex metrics for a broad range of policy-related activities at various geographical levels.
• Collaborate with the Economic and Research Data Science teams to ensure data quality and leverage internal tools for broader accessibility.
• Design and implement attribution frameworks for political advocacy and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and foster global relationships to meet diverse data needs within the Policy domain.
  

Must-Have Skills :

• Expertise in SQL and Python.
• Proficient in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Experience handling complex geographic data.
  

Industry Experience :

• Previous experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science within policy, advocacy, or a closely related field is essential.
• Familiarity with political advocacy, regulatory compliance, and marketing experiments in a data-driven context is highly desirable.
