Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Strategy & Response Manager adept at navigating the complex and ever-evolving landscape of social media. This role involves analyzing social media trends, managing regional teams for optimal performance, and developing strategic response plans. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives with regional and global impact, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize social media monitoring, reporting, and data analysis processes for actionable insights.
• Formulate and communicate effective response strategies, coordinating with leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Enhance team performance through coaching, feedback, and implementing workflow improvements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration on communication initiatives, involving Community Support, Trust Operations, and more.
• Create training materials and best practice playbooks for social media management and rapid response.
  

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership in managing regional teams in a dynamic environment.
  

Required Experience :

• Background in communications, customer service, strategy, and project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading projects from concept to completion.
• Experience with data tools for report generation and deep-dive analyses.
  

Note : Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts as per business needs is essential. Shift patterns include Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, subject to change based on operational requirements.
