The Role
As a Field Marketing Manager or Senior Manager at Veeva, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans and integrated programs to drive demand, build awareness, and support customer education and retention for one or more of our MedTech products. This role requires a results-driven, resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Veeva's MedTech products
- Lead marketing programs across channels including digital marketing, events, webinars, social media, advertising, and syndication
- Manage programs from ideation to measurement, including webinars, customer meetings, and events
- Coordinate logistics, negotiations, communications, speaker management, and reporting for industry events
- Create compelling copy for landing pages, emails, and social media
- Maintain accurate contact databases and coordinate outbound communications to drive engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product marketing, creative, sales, and digital marketing
- Own program reporting, metrics, planning, and budgeting
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B enterprise software or SaaS marketing; 5+ years for Senior Manager
- Excellent communication skills and experience in creating engaging campaign copy
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems
- Growth mindset and team-oriented attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience with account-based marketing and customer retention campaigns
- Vertical marketing experience in the life sciences industry is a plus

Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and location
- Additional compensation options include bonuses and stock options
