The Role As Field Marketing Manager or Senior Manager at Veeva, you will own the strategic marketing plan and integrated marketing programs to drive demand, build awareness, and support customer education and retention for one or more of Veeva’s MedTech products. Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic, integrated marketing plan for one or more Veeva Commercial Cloud products
Lead and support a broad mix of marketing programs across channels – including digital marketing, Veeva and industry events, webinars, paid and organic social, advertising and syndication – for your assigned product(s)
Own programs (webinars, customer meetings, events) end to end, including ideation, execution, and measurement
Help organize and coordinate Veeva and industry events, including logistics, contract negotiations, internal and external communications, speaker management, event app management, and reporting
Write compelling copy that converts for landing pages, email, and social media
Build and maintain a complete, accurate contact database for marketing and sales in partnership with marketing operations; coordinate outbound communications with other field marketers to drive engagement through nurture programs
Coordinate with internal teams, such as product marketing, creative services, sales, strategy, marketing operations, content, product, customer success, public relations, and digital, to execute programs successfully
Own program reporting and metrics
Own annual planning and budget management for your product(s)
Requirements
3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high-growth SaaS startup marketing experience, with increasing responsibility and direct experience owning a wide variety of programs, tactics, and channels, 5+ years for Senior Manager
Excellent communication skills, with experience writing engaging, value-driven, and customer-first campaign copy
Ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization
Well-organized with very high attention to detail and strong project management skills
Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectations
Working, hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot or equivalent) and CRM systems
Growth-minded and a team player with a positive attitude
Nice to Have
Experience developing and executing account-based marketing programs
Experience with customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns
Experience with vertical marketing, especially the life sciences industry, is a plus but not required

Compensation
Base pay: $75,000 - $150,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual based on qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
