Key Responsibilities

·        • Design and layout of seasonal catalogs (PDF + print-ready)

·        • Update and maintain website content on Batton.com (Shopify platform), including products, banners, copy, and imagery

·        • Create shirt label artwork by extracting logos/graphics from customer websites and business cards

·        • Coordinate and support textile yarn development for customer programs and internal collections

·        • Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely and brand-accurate materials

·        • Manage and archive art files for catalogs and labels

·        • Prepare print-ready files for internal and vendor use

·        • Support ad hoc creative needs: email images, digital lookbooks, etc.

Qualifications

·        • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content production, or related field (fashion/apparel experience a plus)

·        • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

·        • Basic experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms

·        • Strong file management and organizational skills

·        • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

·        • A strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency

·        • Experience or interest in textile yarn development and fabric innovation
