Brown & Brown is seeking a Property and Casualty Producer to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT.

Reporting to an Office Leader or executive, the primary responsibilities include sales and renewal of business, participation in the TOP GUN program, and developing new business revenue.

How You Will Contribute:

• Develop and acquire new business revenue from clients.
• Present our services at prospect meetings.
• Close new business prospects.
• Set and achieve sales goals with leadership and coordinate with the service team.
• Identify business needs in targeted sectors and propose our products and services.
• Generate prospects through calls, letters, and visits.
• Maintain and develop expertise in your market area through networking and professional development.

Licenses And Certifications:

• Current Property and Casualty license in applicable state.

Skills & Experience:

• 2-5 years’ experience at an insurance brokerage preferred; additional education a plus.
• Ability to generate prospects and set appointments.
• Energetic, motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to meet client needs, with willingness to travel as required.
