**Brown & Brown** is seeking a Property and Casualty **Producer** to join our growing team in **Salt Lake City, UT!** Reporting to an Office Leader or executive, individuals whose primary responsibilities are in the sales and renewal of business and defined as "producer" by participation in the TOP GUN program.**Skills & Experience to Be Successful:** A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience at an insurance brokerage preferred. Additional insurance education is a plus. Ability to actively generate prospects and set appointments for new client opportunities.Energetic, highly motivated team player who has strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with current and prospective clients and markets. This position may require routine or periodic travel which may require the team member to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.
