Responsibilities Collaborate with the content team to storyboard, film, and bring creative ideas to life. Operate cameras, lighting, and related equipment to produce high-quality visual content. Manage video projects and organise video assets for easy retrieval and reuse. Monitor and analyse video performance metrics on social media platforms to guide improvements. Edit short-form and long-form video content efficiently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Enhance videos with smooth cuts, trims, transitions, captions, animations, and visual effects. Optimise audio quality, pacing, and overall visual flow for maximum impact. Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in video production. Proficient in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual branding principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Sharp eye for detail and strong design sensibility.
