Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to lead and make an impact? Brookside is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Community Manager to oversee Butchertown Flats in the Clifton Heights neighborhood. With our prime location near Frankfort Avenue, River Road, and Whiskey Row, this community offers residents the best in dining, shopping, and entertainment—and we’re looking for the right leader to take it to the next level.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience (required)
  • Bilingual skills (preferred)
  • Strong leadership with ability to coach leasing and maintenance teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a plus
  • Commitment to outstanding resident service and community success

Your Role at Butchertown Flats:

  • Drive financial performance and achieve occupancy goals
  • Oversee leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations
  • Conduct regular property inspections and manage budget expenses
  • Lead hiring, training, and performance of on-site staff
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations and safety standards
  • Prepare and maintain accurate, timely reports
