Are you an experienced Community Manager looking to lead a high-performing team at a premier property? Brookside is seeking a results-driven, energetic leader to oversee operations at The Taylor at 502—a luxury apartment community offering upscale living in Louisville’s most connected location.

About the Property:
The Taylor at 502 features modern one- and two-bedroom apartments with stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, fireplaces, and in-home laundry hookups. Residents enjoy resort-style amenities including a pool, pickleball court, 24-hour fitness center, car care center, and more—all just minutes from I-64, Hikes Point, and St. Matthews.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations efforts
• Manage daily operations, property inspections, and budget adherence
• Support and guide leasing and maintenance staff
• Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction
