What You’ll Do:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating promotional activities, driving digital marketing efforts, supporting trade show logistics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and global marketing counterparts to support the full scope of marketing needs for our growing portfolio of industrial and manufacturing solutions.
Event & Trade Show Support
Manage trade show planning and execution: scheduling, registrations, travel/hotel logistics, sponsorships, booth materials, shipping, and inventory.
Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation
Execute integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on B2B lead generation and measurable KPIs.
Launch and optimize digital marketing across SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
Scrub and maintain email lists; manage contact databases and ensure accurate Salesforce integration.
Promotional Materials & Inventory
Oversee the inventory of marketing and promotional items (brochures, branded merchandise, decals, trade show displays, etc.)
Coordinate creation and ordering of employee business cards and branded corporate apparel.
Social Media & Content Creation
Manage company presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for NSI Americas and Aqua-Chem brands.
Assist in creating compelling content—videos, documents, presentations, photography, and more.
Monitor trends and industry news in manufacturing and supply to inform strategy and content.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Assist with internal and customer event planning and execution.
Collaborate with global marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across regions.
Support management of industry association memberships.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or B2B industries (preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to travel up to 20%
Willingness to work overtime as required
