All leaders are responsible for what goes on within their department.Treat Others Well: Treat everyone how youd want to be treated (Luke 6:31) Do What You Say: Trust is built through action, not just words.Be Open and Honest: We speak truthfully, listen openly, and build trust through clear, respectful communication.Adapt to Advance: We dont resist change; we innovate through it.Key Responsibilities:Website Development & ManagementDesign, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.Build and edit websites on platforms such as Squarespace, WordPress, and Shopify, translating mockups into functional experiences.Perform ongoing site updates, edits, and content uploads across CMS platforms.Front-End & Back-End IntegrationManage both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (server/database) functionality to ensure seamless performance.Implement clean, secure code following modern best practices and browser compatibility standards.Website Optimization & SEOOptimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and search engine visibility.Execute SEO best practices, including keyword research, alt text, metadata, and structured data.Conduct site health checks and ADA/WCAG accessibility scans to ensure compliance.Digital Marketing SupportManage and optimize Google Business Profiles.Support Google Ads setup, campaign optimization, and reporting.Write and publish blog posts aligned with SEO strategy.Assist with email marketing campaigns and landing page development.Analytics & ReportingSet up and monitor Google Analytics and keyword tracking.Prepare monthly client reports on website performance, conversions, and campaign results.Lead monthly analytics meetings with clients, presenting findings and recommending improvements.Client Communication & CollaborationWork directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical insight, and deliver web solutions that reflect their goals.Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure web projects align with larger campaign objectives.Maintenance & TroubleshootingIdentify and resolve bugs, broken links, and technical issues.Conduct QA testing across browsers and devices prior to launches.Manage website content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.Other DutiesPerform any and all duties assigned by your manager.Skills Web Development ExpertiseProficiency in CSS.
