Overview
As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customers and deliver desired results. You will share responsibility for executing store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. Your role involves creating a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers daily. You should bring energy and enthusiasm to the team every day.
The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
- Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
- Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
- Be a role model for the customer experience to team members.
- Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
- Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
- Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive growth.
- Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude.
- Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
- Proven record of exceeding sales and performance expectations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
