You will share responsibility for executing store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met. Be accountable for assigned tasks and results. Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive growth. Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude. Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager. Qualifications Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred). Proven record of exceeding sales and performance expectations.
