This leadership opportunity is ideal for a licensed architect who thrives on shaping design strategy, building client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams. As the Studio Director, you’ll serve as both a creative leader and operational strategist, guiding multidisciplinary projects across commercial office, workplace, faith-based, private education, industrial, and retail environments. You’ll have the autonomy to drive your sector’s growth, influence firmwide initiatives, and leave a lasting impact on the built environment. What You'll Do: Lead multiple design projects from concept through completion as the primary client contact and team leader. Inspire and manage architectural teams, ensuring design excellence, project efficiency, and alignment with client goals. Mentor and grow junior staff by fostering a collaborative and development-focused studio culture. Strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement. Oversee operations including staffing plans, schedules, project budgets, and design deliverables across the corporate-commercial portfolio. Drive strategy and sector vision in collaboration with firm leadership.
