We specialize in unprocessed, real raw hair that empowers women through authenticity, attitude, and high-end quality. We’re in our early growth stage with a solid foundation, a high-visibility ambassador, and bold plans — and we’re ready for the right creative talent to help us elevate. Role Summary We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to support Pretty Mafia’s growth through campaign planning, social media execution, and performance tracking. You’ll work directly with the founder to bring bold, elevated content to life — with the goal of driving traffic, brand visibility, and conversions across Instagram, TikTok, email, and ambassador channels. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Coordination • Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars (launches, content drops, promos) • Coordinate content and asset needs with creative and brand leads • Monitor engagement metrics and provide weekly reporting Social Media & Content Execution • Support rollout of new visuals, content, and product drops • Assist in caption writing, posting, and story scheduling (IG/TikTok) • Manage ambassador reposting, tags, highlights, and CTA prompts Email/SMS & Community Engagement • Draft or coordinate email and SMS messages for drops, restocks, and brand moments • Help plan subscriber-only perks or mini-campaigns • Track performance and suggest improvements for engagement You Are • Organized and hands-on with strong attention to detail • Socially fluent — you know how to speak in captions, hooks, and hashtags • Comfortable working in early-stage brand environments • Familiar with IG, TikTok, and email marketing tools • Excited to work closely with a small but powerful team Requirements • 1–3 years in marketing, content coordination, or social media management • Understanding of beauty, hair, or fashion content performance • Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Klaviyo, Postscript • Strong writing and content execution skills • Portfolio or content samples required to be considered • Free Pretty Mafia Raw Hair to align with the brand and test products • Networking opportunities with creatives and beauty professionals • Creative trust and mentorship directly from the brand founder • Opportunity to shape the growth of a culture-led, Black-owned brand Compensation • Starting at $300/month (part-time, ~4–6 hours/week) • Compensation will be reviewed as the brand grows • Opportunity for performance-based increases and expanded role How to Apply Send your resume and portfolio or content samples along with a short note (or video) that includes: • A campaign or brand you’ve worked on • Why you align with Pretty Mafia’s mission and audience • Your availability and location Subject Line: Marketing Manager – Pretty Mafia Application About Pretty Mafia Unapologetic.
