Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated student who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and social media strategy. This is an opportunity to shape real campaigns, grow an audience, and add strong results to your portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Brainstorm and design marketing campaigns to build our brand presence

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Assist in creating marketing materials (flyers, pitch decks, newsletters)

• Track analytics and report on growth metrics

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools

• Strong writing/communication skills

• Creativity and initiative

• Interest in entrepreneurship, real estate, or finance (a plus but not required)

Details:

• Location: Hybrid (remote + occasional in-person in San Luis Obispo)

• Hours: Flexible, ~5–10 hours per week

• Compensation: Paid internship ($16–20/hr depending on experience)
