ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Works under the direction of the Totals Rewards Operations Manager to support the department’s communication strategy by delivering high-quality, visually engaging materials that effectively communicate complex information about compensation, benefits, wellness, and other employee programs. Enhances employee understanding and engagement through targeted communication campaigns, digital content, and graphic design as a key specialist. Designs and produces digital and print materials such as flyers, infographics, email graphics, and posters that promote Total Rewards initiatives, including health benefits, retirement plans, wellness programs, recognition programs, and compensation updates. Translates complex Human Resources (HR) and benefits information into clear, visually engaging, and user-friendly formats that are easy for employees to understand and act upon. Ensures content is accessible, intuitive, and aligned with HR branding and messaging standards. Assists in the design, layout, and content development for internal HR/Total Rewards websites, intranet pages, or employee portals. Ensures all materials reflect the organization’s branding, tone, and visual identity standards while maintaining a consistent style across platforms. Works closely with the Total Rewards team, HR partners, and other internal stakeholders to understand communication needs. Provides creative input and develop materials that support strategic HR initiatives. Participates in communication planning sessions and execute creative projects on time and within scope, adhering to project timelines and organizational guidelines. Assists with internal email campaigns, digital signage, and multimedia content to drive awareness of Total Rewards offerings. Incorporates feedback from stakeholders and revise content and visuals as needed to ensure clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness. Organizes and maintain digital assets, templates, and design files to ensure efficient workflow and reuse of visual elements.

OTHER FUNCTIONS: Performs additional functions (essential or otherwise) which may be assigned.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Requires the ability to operate general office equipment such as a personal computer, telephone, printer, and wireless technology. Strong written and visual communication skills.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Majority of work is performed in an office environment. Occasional travel to various meetings within and outside of the city may be required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field and 2 years of experience in marketing communications, graphic design, or related field. Proficient working experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva,or similar platforms preferred. Possess a foundational understanding of web design principles with working

experience in HTML/CSS and/or content management systems (CMS) preferred Working experience in HR communications or knowledge of Total Rewards programs strongly preferred.
