Primary Duties and Responsibilities

We’re looking for you to provide a high level of patient services over the telephone for assigned practices or service areas. You will serve as the initial point of contact, guiding callers to the appropriate clinic/service. This will also involve utilizing our Electronic Medical Records system to communicate patient care and schedule appointments effectively and efficiently.
You must maintain a high level of customer service, sense of urgency, reliability, data entry, active listening, and proper phone etiquette. You will float and be required to multi-task varying assignments, depending on departmental needs.

Salary range: $29.53 - $46.37 Hourly. Salary for this position is budgeted and based on department equity.
This position is Flex Hybrid.
