We are looking for a Content Designer with experience in conducting content audits, evaluating existing experience, and analyzing competitor experiences. Researching, evangelizing, and following best practices for UX content strategy and UX writing.

Here are some of the specific details:

Job Title: Content Designer Level 3

Job Duration: 3+ months

Job Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Remote)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience in UX writing, Content strategy (with artifacts), information architecture, and content strategy for products used on a variety of devices.
• Figma or Sketch skills
• A portfolio showcasing projects with clear, concise UX writing and content strategy artifacts. Case studies are a huge plus.
• Developing UX content strategy based on business requirements, including information architecture and user flows.
• An English or Journalism degree (desirable but not required).
• Interest and experience in healthcare and health insurance.
• Taxonomy experience (desirable but not required).
• Understanding of trauma-informed content and trust design.
• UserZoom testing experience (desirable but not required).

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $50/hr to $55/hr on W2.
