PERQ is a fast-growing Digital Marketing Platform specializing in AI-powered marketing and leasing automation for multifamily property management. As we continue to expand our website solutions, we're building a high-performing implementation team to ensure each property website is launched on time, on brand, and with impact.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Content Team Lead to lead a team of Content Migrators within our Website Implementation team. This role is critical in supporting smooth, on-time website launches by overseeing the technical execution and quality of content migration across multiple client projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SiteFactory and the ability to quickly pivot between fast-paced projects.

You’ll be working with designers, developers, content migration specialists, and client support partners to deliver high-quality, SEO-optimized, ADA-compliant websites that meet the needs of property owners and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of content migrators, ensuring high-quality execution of website content population and migration tasks
  • Coordinate project timelines, team assignments, and deliverables across multiple concurrent implementations
  • Act as a technical point of contact for the content migration team, helping troubleshoot CMS issues and provide guidance on best practices
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Designers, Developers, and QA teams to align on project goals and technical scope
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery
  • Continuously improve internal workflows, documentation, and processes to enhance team efficiency and scalability
  • Participate in sprint planning and standups to provide visibility into content migration timelines and progress
  • Stay current on the PERQ platform’s capabilities and contribute feedback for platform improvements

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and managing technical or production-focused teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on with daily execution
