Role: Senior Content Developer - Team Lead Solutions

As a Team Lead Solutions, you will:

1. Liaise with customers, channel partners, client and program managers to match needs and deliver tailored solutions.
2. Develop learning curricula for multiple roleholders aligned with ongoing commercial functional development and their competency levels.
3. Own projects and operations within teams to ensure high-quality output, on time, every time.
4. Track team efficiency and productivity, develop project plans, and allocate resources for various projects.
5. Support the business team in preparing and delivering proposals for new products/services.
6. Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts to deliver according to customer briefs.
7. Actively seek feedback from clients and continuously evaluate the return on investment for key learning solutions implemented.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in Content Development and Operations for Learning & Development (L&D) HCM.
2. Experience in large-scale content development for classroom trainings, virtual trainings, e-learning, video-based learning, 2D and 3D animations, audio/video podcasts, etc.
3. Deep knowledge of training content authoring platforms such as Axonify, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Elucidat, and multimedia design platforms like InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects.
4. Exceptional content design, planning, and execution skills.
5. Excellent command of the English language; candidates with a hobby in writing will be preferred.
