Social Media Content Creator

Location: Twin Falls, ID (in-office)

Type: Full-time or part-time

Pay: $15-$20/hr DOE

About The Role

We're looking for a creative, outgoing, and all-around magnetic personality to join our team as an in-house social media content creator. You don't need years of experience. You don't need a perfect feed. What we care about is energy, curiosity, and a willingness to dive in and learn.

You'll help us bring Plant Therapy to life on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms by filming and posting a minimum of 10-15 short videos a day showing off new products, recreating trends, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and helping shape our brand's social voice. (This role will also support overall posting strategy and management).

We'll give you the tools, ideas, and support. You bring the good vibes, scrappy energy, and the drive to get better every day.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who's naturally upbeat, personable, and comfortable being on camera
  • Loves being creative, playful, and trying new things (even if they flop sometimes!)
  • Excited to learn about social media trends and how to apply them to real brands
  • Not afraid to pick up a phone, film something fun, and try again until it feels right
  • Open to feedback, willing to grow, and has a strong eye for what "looks good"
  • Able to work in our Twin Falls office (this is an in-person role)

Bonus Points For

  • Any experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Reels/TikTok editor, etc.)
  • A love of wellness, skincare, or natural products
  • Familiarity with brands that are killing it on social right now
  • A portfolio or TikTok account you're proud of (not required)
