Overview
The Twin Falls Public Library is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the Library Director and daily operations. This position plays a key role in keeping our Library organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Maintain official Library records, budgets, and reports.
- Assist patrons with payments, phone calls, and scheduling.
- Prepare correspondence and departmental documents.
- Process invoices, deposits, and grant applications.
- Support payroll and part-time hiring paperwork.
- Act as a Public Notary within six months (see application for more information).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Office experience (accounting, business administration, or libraries preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities.
