We are seeking a highly motivated Media Assistant/Coordinator to support our advertising sales team across broadcast, cable, and digital platforms. This role plays a critical part in building and managing media plans, negotiating with agencies/clients, and ensuring successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives and sales leadership to develop client proposals, construct media plans, and deliver solutions across linear TV and digital platforms.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle: inputting sales orders, securing inventory, forecasting availability, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Ad Operations, Finance, Marketing) to track campaign performance and resolve issues.
- Work with agencies to manage inventory, negotiate CPMs, and secure placements.
- Prepare and update sales materials, media kits, and presentations for client meetings.
- Provide reporting and post-campaign analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in media planning or sales support, ideally within a linear TV and digital media environment.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to manage data and maintain accuracy in media plans and forecasting.
- Familiarity with systems such as WideOrbit, Operative, or similar OMS tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
