About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Media to serve as a key executive leader, driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and commercial growth of a substantial portfolio of media-led accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the P&L, margin contribution, and growth trajectory for a multi-million dollar book of business, as well as leading a team of VPs and their direct reports. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12-18 years of industry experience, a strong background in hands-on media buying, and mastery of the paid social ecosystem, including various platforms. The SVP, Media will also be tasked with leading senior-level teams, fostering client relationships, and shaping the integrated strategy across analytics, creative, and strategy departments. Applicants for the SVP, Media position at the company should have a proven track record of leading and developing executive-level talent, as well as the ability to influence and position the company as a leader in the industry.
