About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and data-driven Vice President of Loyalty & Retention Marketing. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the strategy for customer loyalty, membership tiers, and retention, with a focus on deepening user engagement, driving repeat activity, and increasing lifetime value across the entire membership base. This role requires a leader who can craft and scale the next generation of the company's loyalty program, driving emotional affinity and behavioral frequency. The VP will also be responsible for leading a high-performing team to design and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, increase member activation, engagement, and reactivation, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of loyalty strategies.
Applicants for the VP position should have a strong background in performance marketing, fintech, retail, or consumer platforms, and a deep understanding of loyalty mechanics, gamification, behavioral triggers, and subscription/value-based models. The role demands an exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive vision, and execute with operational rigor. A data- and experimentation-driven mindset is essential, as is a passion for delivering meaningful value to customers and building lifelong brand relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty strategy, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
