About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Performance Marketing to join their dynamic team. This role is not for the faint of heart; it demands a creative powerhouse, data-obsessed, and AI-native executive with a proven track record in global B2B software development. The successful candidate will be the global face of performance marketing, driving impactful campaigns across the entire funnel. Collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to activate AI-first campaigns with real business outcomes is essential. The role also involves owning paid media, SEM, growth strategy, ABM, conversion, and pipeline performance, as well as leading and inspiring a high-performing team.
Applicants must have at least 15 years' experience in performance marketing for global B2B software development firms and a history of scaling performance marketing within a large organization. A builder's mindset, the ability to lead teams, set KPIs, and drive CAC/LTV improvements, and a passion for creating and testing new acquisition channels are all key requirements. The role is highly visible and impactful, with a focus on translating performance into board-ready metrics. The ideal candidate will be front-facing, curious, energized, and endlessly creative, and must be based on the East Coast (EST).
