Attributes and Skills required

Work with clients to enhance their digital marketing through Marketing Cloud usage. Act as a trusted advisor to recommend best practices and develop a multi-channel roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and migrate data in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working with Marketing Cloud Connect and other integrations.
  • Must have exposure to MC Personalization (Interaction Studio), including at least 1-2 successful projects involving sitemap setup, recipes, trigger campaigns, catalog, and ETL jobs.
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, and prepare statements of work.
  • Communicate project concepts and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Create content using Email Studio or Content Builder.
  • Design and implement automated emails, SMS/Push notifications, and advise on optimization strategies.
  • Understand digital marketing KPIs such as email marketing, PPC, and conversion metrics.
  • Report and analyze email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder.
  • Nice to have: proficiency with Data Views, Discover Reports, and Einstein Engagement within Analytics Builder.
  • Build integrations between Marketing Cloud and third-party applications or data sources.
  • Conduct user training and promote user adoption.
  • Deliver marketing automation projects on time in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud implementations, including integrations.
  • Must have MC Personalization (Interaction Studio) experience with successful delivery of projects.
  • Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.
  • Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
  • Experience designing customer journeys and data models.
  • Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio; Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio are a plus.
  • Understanding of custom preference centers and data modeling concepts.
