adMarketplace is seeking a S/VP, HEAD OF PUBLISHER DEVELOPMENT executive to join our Senior Management Team. We recently onboarded Ariff Quli as our new CRO and are now looking to bring on our next high-impact executive to build out our Publisher Development team and work across sales, product, and marketing. With world-class advertisers such as Amazon, Facebook, Uber, and many more, we are focused on bringing in new supply to meet our growing demand. This person will be tasked with closing new publishers, managing, and growing the Publisher Development team domestically and internationally. WHAT YOUD DO: Be a key stakeholder and leader at adMarketplace to ensure we are the premier partner for publishers. Build, manage, and develop the Publisher team, defining the team structure, target list, and KPIs. Close new publishers (e.g., comScore top 150), and manage campaigns to meet and exceed performance expectations. Share expertise and advise clients on campaign, creative, and product ideas to generate results. Participate in all account maintenance and development phases, working with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and growth. Represent adMarketplace at industry events and conferences. Build strategic partnerships in areas such as content publishers, mobile carriers, app developers, search platforms, browsers, and ISPs. WHAT WED LIKE: 10-15+ years experience in building online publisher deals or selling SaaS, BI tools, or enterprise software. Experience scaling and managing high-performing sales teams. Extensive knowledge of the publisher landscape and relationships with premium digital publishers. Proven ability to find, manage, and close enterprise business deals. Ability to collaborate across departments: product, sales, marketing, and tech. Deep understanding of digital media aspects. Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and partnerships. Excellent closing and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and passionate attitude. WOULD BE AWESOME: Knowledge of pay-per-click advertising and search engine marketing.
