DAUM, a leading Commercial Real Estate firm is seeking a web and print graphic designer to join their marketing team. Position will be in the Woodland Hills office or potential for remote work as well. We are looking for a sharp, creative and responsible individual to assist the Director of Marketing by helping update and create print and web material for brokers and their property listings. The applicant should be a self-starter, highly organized and detail oriented. Along with strong communication skills, the applicant should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products. The position requires a strong aptitude for quickly learning commercial real estate processes and/or experience herewith and have the ability to meet deadlines with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Property Marketing
    • Design and produce high-quality brochures, flyers, email campaigns, proposals, and offering memoranda.
    • Email Marketing Campaigning and Strategy
    • Maintain accuracy and consistency of marketing collateral, including floor plans, site maps, and property photography.
  • Digital & Branding
    • Support company website updates, broker profiles, and social media presence.
    • Ensure adherence to DAUM’s brand guidelines in all materials.
    • Create digital marketing assets (LinkedIn graphics, e-blasts, web banners).
  • Broker Support
    • Partner with brokers to develop client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
    • Coordinate marketing timelines to ensure on-time delivery of property campaigns.
    • Assist with research and market data requests as needed for presentations.
  • Team & Process Management
    • Track and report marketing campaign performance.
    • Contribute to process improvements, templates, and marketing best practices.
    • Support company events, client functions, and internal communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate or professional services.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for design and branding consistency.
