About You

You will:

• Support Account Supervisors and Senior Management in overall growth-oriented strategy
• Support client’s marketing goals while managing the relationship profitably
• Be responsible for the day-to-day implementation or execution of the accounts’ advertising plan; reporting to an account supervisor or an account director, depending on account structure
• Act as agency representative and primary point of contact for day-to-day client requests
• Create conference reports, respond to client requests, as well as contribute to generation of estimates and timelines
• Maintain favorable relationship with client while striving to improve service by demonstrating problem solving skills, strategic and relevant insights and strong knowledge of client business
• Track workflow and coordinate cross-functional Agency resources including social media, creative, broadcast and print media, consumer insights and research to ensure that all jobs and projects are managed within protocols, timelines and budgets
• Write effective creative strategies and briefs based upon consumer insights, client objectives and competitive landscape

About Your Qualifications

• A degreed professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Marketing or related field
• Marketing Professional with 3-4 years of Hispanic Advertising and Marketing experience to include managing client service teams and departments
• An effective Communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Automotive experience is a PLUS
