Growth & Direct Response Marketer
Job Overview:
AgencyCRM is a fast-growing SaaS startup that helps agencies manage talents and freelancers more effectively. We’re seeking a Growth & Direct Response Marketer — someone who can both strategize for growth and craft persuasive campaigns that drive measurable results. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute growth strategies across multiple channels (email, social, paid ads, partnerships).
- Write high-converting copy for campaigns (emails, landing pages, ads, social posts).
- Manage funnel metrics and optimize for CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and iterate quickly.
- Research target audiences (agency owners, freelancers, small teams) and craft irresistible offers.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in growth marketing, direct response marketing, or copywriting.
- Strong understanding of funnel optimization and conversion psychology.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ad platforms (FB Ads, Google Ads).
- Excellent written English with persuasive communication skills.
- Startup mindset — adaptable, curious, and results-driven.
Compensation:
$4–5 USD per hour (depending on experience)
Remote, flexible hours, with opportunities to grow as the company scales.
