AgencyCRM is a fast-growing SaaS startup helping agencies manage their talents and freelancers with ease. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketer / Copywriter to craft compelling copy that engages our audience, builds trust, and drives conversions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys taking ownership of campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for email campaigns, newsletters, and product updates.
  • Develop and implement email sequences that nurture leads and encourage sign-ups.
  • Segment audiences and personalize content to improve open and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align email campaigns with broader strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Excellent written English with attention to tone and clarity.
  • Ability to research and write for agency, freelance, and SaaS audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable — startup experience a plus.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with sales funnels, A/B testing, and automation workflows.

Compensation:

$4–5 USD per hour (depending on experience)
