• Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and event channels to support brand positioning and business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
• Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee content creation for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Manage and execute brand activations, trade shows, sponsorships, and other event marketing efforts to enhance brand presence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Finance teams to support product launches, promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Work with PR agencies and external partners to manage media relations, influencer programs, and earned media opportunities.
• Establish clear KPIs and use performance data and analytics to continuously measure, optimize, and report on marketing effectiveness.
• Stay current on marketing trends and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, event marketing, social media, and traditional marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and attention to detail.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
