F45 DePaul Training Studio Manager/Fitness Instructor
At F45 DePaul Training, we're dedicated to providing high-energy fitness experiences that change lives. We're expanding our management team and looking for a dynamic and motivated Studio Manager/Fitness Instructor to lead our studio's growth.
Role Overview
As the Studio Manager/Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth, member engagement and retention, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring a top-notch fitness experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
Member Engagement, Sales, and Marketing:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to boost membership sales.
- Oversee the membership sales process and ensure membership base growth.
- Drive client retention and increase studio conversion rates.
- Increase member engagement and community fostering amongst the membership base.
- Manage client referral programs and maintain customer care communications.
- Establish daily sales goals and motivate the team with contests and incentives.
- Build strategic partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Answering studio phone calls
Coaching:
- Collaborate with the head coach on staffing and recruitment.
- Participate in training and onboarding new staff.
- Lead a minimum of twelve (12) F45 group training classes.
- Ensure members are performing exercises safely, always using the correct form, and offering modifications as needed.
- Promote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at F45.
- Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals.
- Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members.
- Setup the studio for specific functional training classes.
- Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained.
- Participate in the monthly F45 Athletics webinars.
- Upskill full time and part time trainers.
- Cultivate a positive studio environment, serving as a mentor and ambassador for the F45 brand.
Operations:
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, including member check-ins and account management.
- Ensure adherence to front desk systems and studio processes.
- Monitor financial performance to meet growth and profitability targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and branding standards within the studio.
- Conduct periodic team meetings to address sales and training accountability.
- Oversee social media accounts and studio amenities, ensuring everything is well-stocked and clean.
- Facilitate mini challenges and events to enhance member engagement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales leadership in the health and fitness industry.
- Personal Training Certification from a nationally recognized organization.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
- Management experience preferred, including recruitment and staff development.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to high-quality member experiences.
- Leadership abilities to foster a positive environment for staff and clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Business Suite, MindBody Online, and social media platforms.
