Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Consultant based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Telecommunications Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consulting services, managing telecommunications systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include evaluating client needs, offering tailored solutions, managing telephony systems, and collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications Consulting, Telecommunications, and Telephony skills Strong Customer Service skills Sales skills and experience in driving revenue growth Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in unified communication systems is a plus Relevant certifications in telecommunications or a related field Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field Seniority level
