Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.

Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety.

Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.

Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, and maintaining documentation.

Identify concerns from associates, customers, or suppliers, and collaborate to determine corrective actions or make recommendations to resolve issues.

Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development needs, including hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.

Respect the individual by building high-performing teams, embracing diversity, creating a culture of belonging, and fostering opportunities for all associates to thrive.

Live Better U is an educational benefit program covering tuition, books, and fees for various levels of education, with eligibility based on employment status and other criteria.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00, with additional bonuses and possible location-based pay adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications...

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in similar fields, or 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience, or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience, or 2 years supervisory experience.

Attending and completing all required training, such as Academy or Open Door trainings, is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications...

Microsoft Office proficiency, experience supervising associates, and Walmart Logistics Manager role are preferred. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business or Logistics.
