Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Influencer and Marketing Manager. The role is based on-site Tybee Island, GA (Remote workers need not apply). The Social Media Influencer and Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media accounts, crafting engaging content strategies, optimizing social media presence, executing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing communication with the target audience. Day-to-day tasks will include content creation, social media posting, analyzing engagement metrics, and collaborating with the team to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Savannah Area
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
