Role Overview:

We’re seeking a VP, Media Partnerships, to lead commercial growth for Fixated’s flagship clipping offering. This senior role will focus on gaming publishers and studios, entertainment companies (film, TV, streaming), culturally positioned consumer brands, and record labels. You’ll be responsible for driving high-value partnerships that transform brand campaigns into viral cultural moments.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a category-defining service and shape the future of how culture spreads online.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for Fixated’s clipping service with consumer brands, from prospecting to closing
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities across gaming, entertainment, consumer brands, and record labels
  • Consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets and drive 7-figure partnerships
  • Leverage and expand relationships with agencies (media, creative, influencer) to unlock scaled brand investment
  • Position Fixated as the go-to cultural amplification partner for consumer brands in fashion, beauty, sportswear, lifestyle, beverage, and tech
  • Collaborate with internal creative, content, and distribution teams to execute high-impact, viral campaigns
  • Represent Fixated at key industry events, conferences, and brand gatherings
  • Provide insights into brand and cultural marketing trends to refine Fixated’s offerings and GTM strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior brand-side decision makers
  • Partner closely with Fixated leadership on pricing, packaging, and scaling strategy

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in brand partnerships, media sales, or influencer marketing, with a proven track record across gaming, entertainment, consumer brands, or music
  • Established network of senior brand-side and agency decision makers (CMOs, VPs, Brand Directors, and agency leads) in NYC
  • Strong grasp of short-form content, creator economy, and cultural marketing
  • Demonstrated success in closing 7-figure brand deals and exceeding revenue targets
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to pitch cultural impact in both creative and ROI-driven language (eCPM, CPM, ROI, reach)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments
  • Passion for culture, creativity, and building brands that matter
