We’re looking for a Creator Coordinator to support our growing creator marketing efforts. This role will play a critical part in identifying, building, and maintaining strong relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch and beyond. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with creators to bring brand moments to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creator Identification: Source and evaluate creators across multiple verticals and content styles to ensure alignment with TONE’s brand values and campaign objectives.
  • Outreach & Relationship Management: Support end-to-end creator outreach, from initial contact through product gifting and campaign execution—ensuring creators are excited to partner with TONE.
  • Campaign Operations: Facilitate product shipments, track deliverables, and ensure timely posting in line with campaign timelines.
  • Reporting & Measurement: Support ongoing tracking of creator content, campaign performance, and metrics reporting.
  • Tools & Platforms: Assist in managing campaigns via Tribe Dynamics and support TikTok Shop campaigns (experience here is a plus).
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, social, and operations teams to ensure seamless creator partnerships that drive brand awareness and growth.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social media, or related field (agency or brand side).
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and a keen eye for identifying on-brand, impactful creators.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple campaigns at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in creator-facing communication.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Tribe Dynamics (preferred) and experience supporting TikTok Shop campaigns (bonus).
  • Passion for culture, creators, and building meaningful relationships.
  • Located in Los Angeles, in-office role in Mar Vista
