- Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests
- Deliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
- Sell memberships and retail
- Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
- As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
- Maintain a clean studio and sanitary studio at all times

- Hours are Tu-Th-4:30am-9:30am, M and W 3pm- 7pm, Saturday 7am-1:30pm
