SPENGA is the first studio of its kind to put equal focus on Cardio-Strength-Flexibility all in one 60 minute workout. Join the SPENGA Crew today! We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, eager to learn person that is able to handle a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests
• Deliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
• Sell memberships and retail
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
• As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
• Maintain a clean studio and sanitary studio at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Hours are Tu-Th-4:30am-9:30am, M and W 3pm- 7pm, Saturday 7am-1:30pm
• Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses
  
  

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
