Job Description:

  • We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to temporarily support the Display and Video Advertising business, focusing on Media Ads platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, X, Demand Gen) and creative ad solutions.

  • This role is a temporary backfill for a key team member and requires someone who can operate autonomously, extract actionable insights from data, and influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing.

  • As part of the Ads Go-to-Market team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, sales leads, and strategy stakeholders to analyze performance trends, uncover growth opportunities, and support the execution of go-to-market initiatives for video and display ad products.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic and performance analysis to uncover growth opportunities across media ads and display ad platforms.

  • Evaluate customer adoption, campaign effectiveness, and product usage for video-centric offerings like Demand Gen.

  • Use data-driven analysis to identify underpenetrated customer segments and inform targeted sales plays.

  • Translate market and customer feedback into actionable insights and advocate for improvements with product teams.

  • Design and execute impact assessments, experiments, and pilot programs to evaluate go-to-market strategies and product performance.

  • Partner with sales enablement to define and scale best practices that improve advertiser outcomes.

  • Build dashboards and executive-level presentations to share insights with stakeholders across product, sales, and leadership.

  • Scope ambiguous problems and help define analytical approaches that drive business impact.

  • Manage multiple concurrent analytics projects, including stakeholder communication, timeline planning, and delivery of results.

Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in business analytics, product marketing, sales strategy, advertising analytics, or a similar function.

  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end analytics projects and independently structure unscoped problems.

  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ad, YouTube Ads, Display Ads, Demand Gen).

  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or go-to-market teams in a cross-functional environment.

  • Prior experience in Meta, TikTok, Google, or similar adtech/martech platforms.

Skills:

  • Technical Tools & Analytics:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Data Studio

  • Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize insights for business decisions

  • Bonus: Experience with Python or statistical modeling techniques

  • Strategic Thinking & Communication:

  • Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Excellent presentation and slide-building skills for both technical and executive audiences

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Project Management:

  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with clear milestones and deadlines

  • Effective at scoping, prioritizing, and iterating on analysis in collaboration with key partners

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field required
