Position Overview:

The Executive Creative Director is responsible for driving the overall creative vision and execution across the agency’s portfolio. This leadership role guides a multidisciplinary team including full-time and freelance talent in delivering work that inspires, performs, and builds lasting brand value. The Executive Creative Director plays a critical role in shaping strategic creative direction for clients, while also leading innovation through integration with MSIGenerate, the agency’s proprietary platform.

The role combines creative excellence with operational leadership, ensuring ideas are executed flawlessly while remaining aligned with brand goals and performance objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve the agency’s visual and verbal brand identity to position it as an industry leader.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse creative team, including full-time employees and freelance talent, ensuring cohesive collaboration and creative consistency.
  • Translate client needs and objectives into effective and innovative creative strategies, campaigns, and deliverables.
  • Partner with internal teams and external clients to integrate creative work with MG, driving performance and engagement through strategic use of platform capabilities.
  • Oversee the conceptualization and execution of high-quality creative campaigns across all media channels, including digital, print, social, and experiential.
  • Ensure that all creative output aligns with client goals, marketing strategies, and brand standards while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Collaborate with account strategy, and business development teams to support new business efforts and client growth initiatives.
  • Present creative strategies and campaign concepts to internal teams and external clients with clarity and persuasion.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance within the creative department.
  • Stay current on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to inform and inspire forward-thinking creative work.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive creative experience with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing successful multi-platform campaigns.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with demonstrated experience managing both in-house and freelance creative teams.
  • Deep expertise in creative strategy, visual storytelling, branding, and integrated marketing.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet or exceed objectives.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, marketing automation tools, and proprietary technologies such as MG is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
