Really Right Stuff, Lehi, UT, US
Job Description
About You
You’ve spent a few years working in a small-business e-commerce environment and have discovered that your superpower is bringing people and ideas together to make things happen. You naturally step into coordination roles—translating ideas into action, aligning teams, and driving projects across the finish line.
You enjoy talking with customers and team members alike, and you’re known for your ability to turn scattered conversations into clear plans and timelines. You’re comfortable leading meetings, but you’re just as happy putting your head down to execute a campaign on deadline.
You’re organized, data-aware, and detail-oriented, because you know that precision is what separates good from great. You’re constantly refining your process and encouraging others to raise the bar.
While your strength is execution and coordination, you also have a creative streak—you enjoy working on visual assets, shaping messaging, and helping to build campaigns that resonate with real people.
Most of all, you thrive when you can combine your professional skills with your passion for the outdoors. You’re looking for a role where you can work on products you believe in—and help others discover gear that elevates their experience in the field.
